| Registered and currently licensed to practice in Arizona. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; preference given to those with a baccalaureate degree and one (1) year of psychiatric or chemical dependency nursing experience desired. |
| Direct Care Providers: if recovering from chemical dependence, must be chemically free for a minimum of two years. |
| Must have current CPR certification. |
| Must be able to speak, read and write English. |
| Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance. |

Able to read blueprints, shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams to determine the preferred procedure for constructing buildings, structures, cabinetry and other plant operations systems. |
| Better than average knowledge of building construction trade skills, maintenance and repair, equipment operation, grounds keeping and some housekeeping or security concepts. |

| Able to operate a car or van. Maintains a current Arizona driver's license and able to document an excellent driving record. |
